Here at Carrie’s Corner we are HUGE Jazz fans and of the local Atlanta Jazz Scene. And if you know Jazz in Atlanta then you know Joe Gransden! He always brings a special performance and when accompanied by Atlanta’s finest Jazz musicians it is just, well, pure magic.
Joe Gransden. Well known across the country for his incredible 16 piece big band, Joe has been compared to Sinatra and Chet Baker but with a signature style all his own.
Joe has graced our Carrie’s Corner stage a couple of times before and this time will be featuring Robert Boone Jr on Drums, Kevin Bales on keys and Craig “Shawbox” Shaw on bass. This performance will also feature our very own Carrie Bell, who will join the band on vocals for a few songs, including beloved standards as well as original music!
